How I Re-List Expired & Terminated Transactions

I don’t wait for the market to eventually “find” your property.
Before a relaunch ever happens, I identify where the demand already exists—and position the home directly inside it.


Most expired listings don’t fail because the property is unsellable. They fail because the exposure, pricing strategy, buyer targeting, timing, or presentation never aligned with how qualified buyers actually search and act in today’s market.


In a focused 20-minute Zoom or phone call, I’ll walk you through how I approach expired, withdrawn, and canceled listings differently:


  • Demand is identified before the property goes back to market 
  • Existing buyer activity, showing patterns, and search behavior are analyzed to understand where interest broke down 
  • The home is repositioned to attract the right buyer pool—not simply re-uploaded with the same approach
