eichler Vault Role

Kevin Limprecht represents clients across the greater Lake Tahoe Basin. Outside of his brokerage work, he is the founder of the Eichler Vault.

The Eichler Vault is a private registry documenting Eichler homes as a distinct architectural asset class—tracked for their design, originality, and provenance rather than treated as conventional real estate. 

It operates independently of the brokerage space, with a focus on accurate records and architectural attribution.

This work reflects his same underlying philosophy: real estate is not simply transacted—it is understood and positioned over time.
