The Eichler Vault records these homes based on their originality, architectural provenance, and design integrity—treating them less as standard real estate and more as part of a finite mid-century modern legacy.

Operating independently from traditional brokerage activity, the Vault is focused on building clear, accurate, and human-verified records that preserve the story and significance of each home.
