  • Documentation Harvest: Gather all critical Basin-specific data—TRPA records, defensible space certificates, and HOA disclosures—to ensure a clear narrative before the property goes live.


II. HOUR 12–36: Physical Triage & The 5-Foot Rule

IV. HOUR 60–72: System Synchronization & Launch
